SB 102 DLI SELF-STUDY REVIEW

 

During the 2025 General Session, the legislature passed SB102. This bill mandates regular program reviews by the Education Interim Committee for certain programs. The first program to be under review is all Concurrent Enrollment, which includes the Bridge Program. The second designation is for multiple programs funded by the state legislature, one of which is the Dual Language Immersion Program.

If schools participating in the DLI program understand the exception to comply with the assurances then DLI programs will see improved monitoring per SB102 ensuring that all DLI students receive consistent hight quality DLI Instruction.
